Frequently Asked Questions

No way! I am trained and experienced in planning & coordinating birthdays, coorporate events, showers & so much more! Anything you want to celebrate I would be happy to be apart of.

Yes. Simply Joyful has both general and liability insurance and I would be happy to work with your venue in providing that information to them.

I will work with all of our clients if something comes up & your date needs to be changed or pushed back. Your deposit will not be lost and we can transfer it to your new date. I will do everything in my power to accommodate your new date.

I am located just outside of Lewisburg, and travel up to 50 miles at no additional cost. Events beyond 50 miles are happily accepted and just require accommodations and additional travel fees.

A venue coordinator’s main job is to take care of the overall venue and help with parking, liability, and general expectations for the venue. A wedding coordinator “puts out fires” so to speak, leading up to your special day. I help with the timeline, coordinating vendors, orchestrate set up and tear down, and make sure your personal items are taken care of. My main priority is to take care of the couple and make sure it’s a stress free environment for you and your guests.

I believe that having a wedding planner will actually save you money in the long run. Whatever your budget, there are smart ways I can help you spend effectively to have the day of your dreams. I know the best vendors for your budget, what pieces can be rented, and even ways to re-purpose decor. We also offer payment plans for all of our couples!

Absolutely! I am trained and experienced in destination weddings & events, and always have a bag ready to go!

Send me an email or even a message on social media and we can chat more about your date & what you want for your special day. To book your date I just require 50% at time of booking and then the remaining balance is spaced out depending upon your package. All deposits are non-refundable.

As helpful as your friends and family will be in aspects of the planning process, they want to enjoy your day too! They’ll either be too busy to attend the wedding, or not take it seriously and leave room for wedding day hiccups.

As much or as little as you want me to be! It’s totally up to my couples. Sometimes they have it all figured out and just want me to be there on the day of to keep everything running, or sometimes the couple wants to relax and have us do it all. I do each end and everything in between!
